I’ve spent my life walking the path of transformation—first for myself, and now alongside others.

From early years of bodywork and healing to co-founding The Alchemy of We, I’ve always been drawn to the space where truth meets connection. My background in somatics, emotional intelligence, and group facilitation taught me that real change doesn’t come from information alone—it comes from courageous presence, honest reflection, and deep internal alignment.

For the last decade, I’ve guided men’s circles, couples intensives, leadership trainings, and 1:1 coaching, helping people meet themselves fully—and move forward with clarity, purpose, and heart.
